Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Delivery estimates for standard shipping are typically 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Return Policy
At Essence of Oman, LLC, we genuinely want you to be delighted with your Royal Green Hojari Frankincense Serum and share in our passion for this exquisite product. We encourage you to open your package and inspect its contents promptly upon receipt, ideally within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accurately resolve issues reported more than 30 days after the original shipping date.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, things don’t go as planned.
When We Make a Mistake (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products)
If there’s a problem with your order due to our error—for example, if your Royal Green Hojari Frankincense Serum arrives broken (with no visible damage to the outside packaging), or if you received the wrong product—please email us immediately at info@essenceofoman.com
To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please include a clear photo of the damaged product or the label of the incorrect product in your email. We will, of course, make it right as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you, whether that means a replacement or a full refund. For inspection and internal purposes, we may occasionally request that the product be shipped back before processing a refund or replacement; if so, we will cover the return shipping.
When You Made a Mistake (Customer Order Errors)
We understand that sometimes ordering mistakes happen—perhaps you accidentally ordered two serums instead of one, or you simply changed your mind. If, upon receipt of your order, you realize you made an error in ordering, we will accept returns of UNOPENED Royal Green Hojari Frankincense Serum.
Please note the following:
You must notify Essence of Oman, LLC of the problem with your order prior to returning it.
NO RETURNS will be accepted or credited for any reason without prior authorization.
These types of returns can only be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
Original shipping and handling charges are never refundable.
You must email info@essenceofoman.com to get a return process started for these items.
Important Considerations for All Returns
Once a product has been opened, we are unable to resell it due to strict quality control and hygiene standards for skincare products. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of any opened products for any reason, except as described above in cases of our error, and always with prior authorization.
